Welcome to THE UPPER MANAGEMENT. Fantasy Sports Neighborhood.
You are currently viewing the UM as a guest, which gives you limited access to view most discussions and access our other features.
The UM opened August 17th, 2007 as a handpicked 100 members who were asked to join for their smarts and community involvement. But the word got out that the UM neighborhood is not just your average start up community! .... Members begun jumping in from word of mouth .. and now the UM stands at 300+ members and over 30,000 posts and growing!
The site has it's very own Texas Holdem table which has members playing against each other 24/7! .. MLB Gameday audio only for the community. A live chat room, fantasy leagues with the winner landing up to 100 dollars in prizes. We also have our own FREE Baseball draft kit for our UM members, as well as an upcomming Football draft kit. We run our own monthly MILB prospect list. But most importantly .. The UM has grown into a community of sports friends. So jump in and, join the UM today! |

Matos was winning, 3-2, in the second round, when he fell to the mat after being hit by his opponent, Kazakhstan’s Arman Chilmanov. He remained there, awaiting medical attention, when he was disqualified for taking too much injury time. Fighters get one minute, and Matos was disqualified when his time ran out.
Matos angrily questioned the call, pushed a judge, then pushed and kicked the referee, Chakir Chelbat of Sweden. Matos then spat on the floor and was escorted out. |
wahahaha
NBC's removing the vid from everywhere; if someone finds it post it here. _________________

He should also be arrested and spend a few years in jail. _________________

Since when does kicking someone earn you years in prison? _________________

Years is a little much. I'm assuming rw was thinking it could be considered deadly assault...since his feet are really weapons. However, it would most likely be simple assault...looking at much less than a year. But, none the less, he SHOULD be arrested.

I think he should be charged with Aggravated Assault (An aggravated assault, punishable in all states as a felony, is committed when a defendant intends to do more than merely frighten the victim.) I have trying to find out if it was assault with deadly weapon as many black belts (depending on the level they are) are considered to be a deadly weapon. Hitting this defenseless ref in the head this idiot should have been arrested on the spot. If you look at the picture he could have jammed his nose into his brain and killed him with his actions. Yes, I think he should get years (at least 2) but I am not sure if this is an international issue or an issue China needs to handle. _________________

| I think China would have to arrest him. But, considering China's other humanitarian issues, I doubt they'll do anything.
