Welcome to THE UPPER MANAGEMENT. Fantasy Sports Neighborhood.
You are currently viewing the UM as a guest, which gives you limited access to view most discussions and access our other features.
The UM opened August 17th, 2007 as a handpicked 100 members who were asked to join for their smarts and community involvement. But the word got out that the UM neighborhood is not just your average start up community! .... Members begun jumping in from word of mouth .. and now the UM stands at 300+ members and over 30,000 posts and growing!
The site has it's very own Texas Holdem table which has members playing against each other 24/7! .. MLB Gameday audio only for the community. A live chat room, fantasy leagues with the winner landing up to 100 dollars in prizes. We also have our own FREE Baseball draft kit for our UM members, as well as an upcomming Football draft kit. We run our own monthly MILB prospect list. But most importantly .. The UM has grown into a community of sports friends. So jump in and, join the UM today! |

As most of you know, I created a website back in October after Purdue's football season started to tumble. Once again, as in the past 4 years, the team started out hot against weak competition...only to falter when playing the big boys. I was extremely disappointed in what I saw as poor coaching. Lack of intensity, lack of discipline, and just pathetic play-calling had hurt this team over the past few years. Joe Tiller (the head coach) was obviously riding the gravy train to retirement.
So, the website started and the hit counter exploded. From late October to January, the website received over 20k visits. I received hundreds of emails and numerous mentions from the "press", local albeit. Anyway, the fight was worth it. This week, Purdue announced that Tiller will be coaching one more season at Purdue while mentoring Danny Hope. Hope, a former offensive line coach at Purdue and recent EKU head coach, will join the team as the "coach-in-waiting" for one season. Hopefully, this relieved pressure off of Tiller will allow him to bring back the joy he once coached with. Next season should be fun.
...I finally have HOPE! Boiler Up!

The website has been in quite a few papers this week, actually. I've received a couple of requests for interviews but i'm swamped and haven't gotten around to them. The actual website has been removed; I felt it was the classy thing to do since the problems were addressed.
Anyway, on another note, I'm actually interested in creating another website. No, not necessarily a "fire..." website. However, I have my webspace for atleast another year and don't want it to go to waste. I've mastered HTML, xHTML, mySQL, CSS, and PHP. Suggestions?

Well, your original plan was just a general Purdue sports site if I remember, maybe you could start that up since your mission has been accomplished here. _________________

Yea, it was. The reasoning behind it was that there are no good (in my opinion) sites currently around. I've been to them all with my last website (& mission) and none impress me. However, the problem I see is that those members are implanted there. They aren't going to be switching to a new website, even if it is better.

Videos/Photos of Cheerleaders always get veiwers. I think it should have a title of "Cheerleader in mini skirt does...." and let the perverts mistake it for something dirty. _________________

More like "tasteful softcore photos". If you need a photographer for the male cheerleaders I saw that Grid would volunteer his services. _________________

| Oh well...it appears there are no other suggestions. I guess i'll have to just start a porn site then. I'll call it "BP's TTs." To be read as "Beepee's Teetee's." Well, you can imagine...
